Section 146 auditor duty to attend general meetings of the company. The authorised representative who will attend meetings of the company in the absence of auditor of the company should be a chartered accountant holding certificate of the practice???????

Yes. Section states "auditor shall attend either by himself or through his authorised representative, who shall also be qualified to be an auditor"
