If a person has inter-state outward supplies then he cant opt for Composite Scheme. What if he had inter-state outward supplies during the Previous F.Y and decides to stop them in the Current F.Y. In that case can he opt?

Technically as per law a person engaged in interstate outward supplies cannot take composition scheme. However, if he proves to the satisfaction of GST officer then he can.
