How many no. of share are there in S Ltd as the face value of shares is 10 and in the solution given 2000+500=2500 how? Is there any print mistake regarding face value (or ) No.of shares?

2000 + 500 is for subsidiary for the purpose of calculation of control.

In question it is said that share capital of Sltd is 250000 and fv is 10. How the share capital is 250000 with 2500 shares being fv 10 ?
