Sir please verify this one @suraj lakhotia sir
One small aspect you missed. Interest not credited to P&L. You need to add interest to P&L. So the P&L will be 1,60,000 and not 1,59,000

SIR but I did this in holding company by adding 1000 ( becoz for holding comapny it is interest payable which is already recorded now I reverse it ,the impact of inter company transaction will be removed Sir) refer notes to acc If it is already paid means ,we can add it as income but it is still receivable from holding co So I just removed the inter company transaction impact from holding company Or First add in subsidiary and then reduce 21000 long term borrowing in consolidated balance sheet( contra adjustment)?

NIdhi has not credited interest. So you need to add to profit of Nidhi.
