Dear Team, in the attached example where Holding and Subsy share is 60% and 40% respectively, if pre acquisition profit is attributed to Minority Interest, then why are we taking 40% for Minority Int as in pre acq scenario when acq has not happened then how are we bifurcation MI composition ad until that time the company was not acquired to be called as subsy. Pls advise.

In pre acquisition profit also other company's share holdings are included. So for that purpose we are taking MI in the pre acquisition profit.
