In balance sheet of banking company Under which head preliminary expense has to be shown (If not written off). (ie. Capital expenditure)

Earlier under vertical format of balance sheet for companies had a line item to capture preliminary expenses not written off. Post AS 26 this is not permissible. So, they have to be written off.
