Pranav Connecting...Suppose a transfer of property taken place , is there need to follow transfer of property act only or since it is a contract , there will be need to follow contract act also.?//
You have to observe both the acts and applicable provisions. Contract act regulates the execution of contract. TP act regulates the inspection of title deeds, covenants and other allied activities relating to transfer.

Suppose in contract of companies like appointment of auditor etc, we will not go for contract act. In that same sense transfer of property act, So contract act will most probably an act only to cover the contract which other statutes specifically deals with, sir please help to finalise the matter.
