Conversion from CA Inter to Direct Entry

I applied for conversion today. I have completed my OC and ITT Course. It is told in portal that approval of conversion form may take upto 7 days. Only after that I can apply articleship form. Since I wish to join articleship in old scheme, I have to register in articleship on our before 30th September. Considering my current situation, help me. Is there any way to approach ICAI for getting approval of conversion form within 2-3 days. ? Can I register articleship before Sept.30th?
