Are depreciation and amortization expenses taken in cost sheet ?? If yes under which head ? Is it Direct expenses ?

It depends on the asset charged, dep on plant& machinery will be included in factory cost (it's a part of prod overheads) if it's on vehicles relating to distribution then it will be under selling and distribution overheads.
