I think it's for prompt delivery only . It simply means the probability of occurrence in each day. It should seen in a cumulative way i e., 75%, 75+10=85% like that for each day there is a probability I think this is the case. I am sorry if I have wrongly answered

% of occurrence means if suppose the delivery will be received in 6 days and how much ure sure that u will receive in 6 days will be expressed in % That means u will receive in 6 days and ure guaranteed at 50%
