Used personal effects (excluding jewellery) are free so no duty on Rs.60,000 Personal computer is taxable (only laptop is duty free if used for personal purposes) thus value Rs.1,10,000 less duty free allowance of Rs.1,00,000 => so Rs.10,000 is the baggage liable for duty
