Sir please look at the attachments...for the preference dividend it can be either fixed or it can be cummulative....an the other question in the bare act it is nowhere said AOA must authorize issue of interim dividend....so can i know that.... it is just for a clarification because if i have left i will get more clarity right

For preference dividend it can be either fixed or cumulative. You are right. Generally articles provide for Interim Dividend though it is not mandatory. Still I will cross check with faculty.

The model Articles of Association prescribes that the condition related to payment of interim dividend be included in AOA.
