In the question number 6 case study Mr binoy is the resistor share holder up to 17th June2019 Mr Mohan became a registered shareholder from 18th June2019 in respect of those shares Company declared dividend on 24th October 2019 In respect of the financial year 18 19 I thought that Mr Mohan is register share holder so he is entitled to receive dividend But in ICAI material, Mr binoy is entitled to receive dividend Note :Record date not mentioned

The record date is fixed after the Dividend is approved in AGM. SO on the record date whenever it is, Mr. Binoy is a shareholder
