Only Short- term capital gains taxable @15 per cent under section 111A are deducted i.e. STCG related to equity share in a company or a unit of an equity oriented fund or a unit of a business trust

Mam ,In the same question whether rebate limit of 5 lakh should be verified on total income including long term capital gain or short term capital gain under section 111a (or)after excluding long term capital gain or short term capital gain under section 111 a from total income

That was meant for computing adjusted gross total income - STCG @15% is reduced , no other
