How 907200 come into Accounts as balance c/d is 972000

It's book value was 61560. Do we need to include depreciation 3240 if so is there any rule saying depreciation also to be included along with book value and then deduct sum of that from balance c/d? If so that I am not understanding the logic behind it

Sugam SMSo if we show direct deduction of 64800 is enough in working note
You will need to charge 6 months' depreciation from the opening balance to arrive at WDV at the time of sale.

You can prepare separate working note and show a single ledger.
