Sir, in this question how the no of days is 58 shouldn’t it be 31 days of January and 28 days of February?

No. If you 1 jan to 28 feb is is not 31 + 28 if you are on 31st dec then you can consider 31 + 28 You have exclude either starting date or ending date when you make day computations
