Sir,could you please explain me the difference between TRANSFER and DONATION as per cgst act

But transfer can also be without consideration right sir For example transfer of goods from one branch office to another branch office owned by same person on which we have to pay gst

But its still with the same company. Donation is like you give donation to a temple.
