Sec 48: Variation of shareholder's voting right is the part 1 of Differential voting rights. Please go through the video and reach us in case of any doubts.

But the part 2 starts directly from 3rd point of Rule 4(1) . 1st and 2nd point are not touched even in the previous video.

There we amendments in Rule 4(1) few sub points those were given in DVR II - amendment video which were previously discussed in S.43 Equity Shares with Differential Voting Rights (DVR). The continuation of Rule 4(1) can be found in DVR II video.
