Dilemma to Appear in July or nov

Sir, I'm already in contaminated zone(Kodambakkam, westmambalam chennai) which was already completely sealed. Now I'm in dilemma to appear exam in July or shall I choose opt out or shall I wait till July 1st week declaration

Sir in case icai cancel exams in chennai... Then our july attempt directly transfer to nov attempt right?

Sir, for opt out I have to upload the form but here in Chennai lockdown starts 2days back itself. No shops at all opened then how can I scan or take printout to upload. Is there any other alternative way to do this? Sir.

Please refer to FAQ 21 of ICAI - https://www.icai.org/new_post.html?post_id=16607&c_id=219 FAQ - What should a student do in case he wishes to choose â??Opt â?? Outâ?? facility but does not have print facility available at his home or nearby market to print the declaration format? Answer - Such students are advised to submit/upload a scanned copy of hand written declaration duly signed and containing all the relevant particulars required as per the format. However, this option must be exercised only where print facility is not available with the student.
