Can you explain how

Clock's spoke is at 7'O clock and it is facing north direction. And as per the question the clock moves clockwise till 300 degree . The clock has 360 degree and every 5 minutes 30 degrees. So the spoke at 300 degree means it's at 10'O clock.

Printing mistake it's not 7'0 clock it's 70° clock wise direction .
