If they ask about unenforceable agreements. Please suggest me sir

Here is correction bro , debts which are barred by limitation act are called time barred debts . Not 3 months- its 3 years

Bro according to limitation act time limit is 90 days I. e 3 months it is not 3 years After 3 months it is not valid

Sorry brother it is According to bank time limit is 3 Months from date of issue of cheque Yes brother it is 3 years
