This is a case of undue influence.
Sir in undue influence which condition is applicable sir for this question??( I mean in position to dominate the will in this which condition is applicable either real and apparent authority or fiduciary relationship or unconscionable bargain)??

Unconscionable bargain. As A is unable to get any loan.
