Forfeited share amount in "balance sheet" is added with subscribed capital or capital reserve ..?

But in notes to account under sharecapital we usually add it with subscribed capital also right ??

Subscribed capital as separate heading forfeited shares. This is done untill forfeited shares are re-issued.
