Part A and Part B by supplier since he is causing movement of goods. Even an unregistered person can generate e waybill.

Ok sir....and if e way bill is generated on 10 am ,01.10.2021 then how long the bill is valid?

For less than 100 KMs of distance validity of EWB is 1 day and for every 100 KMs or part thereof additional 1 day validity will be there.
