Entranchment provision is generally included to make a resolution more restrictive

It is included in articles to make any alterations more difficult to amend.

For example if any resolution is passed and let us say it must need 75 % acceptance and if this clause isn't there in articles then if 75 % is satisfied resolution is passed If entranchment clause is there then then for passing this resolution it would be more restrictive 75 % acceptance isn't sufficient
