Foreign bond = overseas issuer, domestic currency of investor, domestic investors ; HDFC Limited Issuing USD Bond in US in which US investors Invest Eurobond = overseas issuer, not the domestic currency of investor, investors in multiple countries, issued outside jurisdiction of any one country, can be any currency - Google issuing JPY denominated Bonds. Investors in Europe, US & UK Invest in it
