Can anyone explain the process to apply for inter nov 22 exams..

Login to your self service portal.Go to exam functions,then start applying.Check all the details like Name, address,select the groups you are going to write exams on, make payment.All the best!
Do we need to fill any declaration form and get signed from CA?
no need.you just have to fill.Only for FOUNDATION EXAM,we need to do that

Was there a heading of 'provisional registration details' in your exam module? ( as in attachment)
