In dec 21 attempt I gave Group 1 that time I have given declaration of 9 months completing articleship now I want to give may 22 attempt and I terminated my articleship should I need to still upload declaration... How can I fill form

Sir I have terminated my articleship after 1 year. In dec 2021 I had give declaration for completing 9 months article ship. Where can I get declaration I am not doing articleship. Can I use my dec 2021 declaration
