What should we use in exams for underlining, drawing tables, and highlighting? Black pen or a pencil?

You have to write only with black pen no other color is allowed gel or ball is your choice generally ball pen is better. For tables, underlining use pencil or pen your choice , but pencil is better that you can erase if you made extra line or so

No, Blue pen is not allowed at all, writing with blue , red or green pen can lead to withholding of your result only BLACK COLOUR pen allowed preferably ball pen.
