you can pass 2 or more resolutions at a time if no one objects to it but resolutions regarding appointment of directors, it requires seperate resolutions

I want to ask that whether 2 or more resolutions can be moved simultaneously or not as in 1st para it has said YES but in 2nd para it says NO
