For MCQ exam, should we need to shade the circles in OMR sheet with black pen or HB pencil? And for maths exam will the rough sheets be provided?

Yes they will give as much rough sheets as you want. Yes you have to submit the rough sheets along with question paper and omr sheet at the conclusion of exam to the invigilator.

Yes. Provide a note that you have rounded the figure And in exam, if you have any doubt on something, write the assumption that you have taken and mark it in a column

Sir I have sent Exam Declaration form to ICAI BKC Branch MUMBAI via Speed Post on 6/10/21. But On Exam Website Photo And Signature are not Showing. Delivery is accepted By Branch.what should I do now.
