Sir, opt out option for july 2021 foundation exams is available only for covid students and not for normal stidents???

I m not able to print my admit card though I have downloaded it.the window in image pops up as soon I give print option.can someone tell me what this image means. Is there anyone who have the same issue?

I cleared 3 subjects in Group 1 CA inter in NOV 2020, but i have exemption only in one subject. how to avail exemption ? if i avail exemption, should i still write that subject or is it okay not to attend the exam on that particular day at all? could someone please clarify this ? Thank you!
