Need of re-registration in new syllabus???

I had given my first attempt in CA finals in November 2023 which unfortunately I couldn't clear. I'm planning to give my attempt in May 2024. Do I have to re-register in new syllabus introduced in July 2023, or will it be automatically converted?

I have cleared group 1and got exemption in advance accounting, FM& Economics. I scored 44 marks in auditing but I failed in EIS &SM in nov 2023. Will I need to write auditing paper in may 2024?

I've just given my CA foundation December 2023 attempt under old syllabus. Should I wait for the results? or get converted into new syllabus?

Sir..I completed my degree now i did not qualify my CA Foundation exams..I want to convert for direct entry students for CA intermediate..I want to register under CA inter new scheme to attempt in May 2024 and i could see that for direct entry students the date for registration under direct entry scheme to attempt in May 2024 is Jan 01 2024..Is this correct and can i attempt for May 2024
