In Exam While writing section we know section,sub-section but we don't know clause can we write it. Like wise we know section but don't know sub-section & clause can we write it.

If you remember section, quote. Else do not quote. Same applies to subsection and clause. Also note that quoting subsection without section does not add any value.

I did my best efforts in preparation for the theory papers. But the results were not up to my effort in the exam. Whether I have to elicit content like in the study material and how to recall alike.

You won't be notified on the updation of your profile. Usually it takes 2-5 days to get updated. You have to check the SSP portal to know the status.
