Excel offset function

1) I have tried offset function for height and width both one. But I try other than one for height and width #value is coming. I have shared a photo, help me and tell where I went wrong. 2) I have also used len function, I have typed 10 numbers in a cell and gives some space after the 10th character. When I use len for that the answer remains at 10, why?

Pls email the file to support@indigolearn.com for offset error. If you type numbers and a space after that, excel ignores space and shows just the number. You can use F2 to check if the space is retained or not.
