Milling of paddy into rice not covered under entry 55,hence its taxable. It means paddy/rice husk is taxable.. Am I right?

It means that milling of paddy into rice is not eligible for exemption.

The service provided by the Mill owner for converting paddy to rice is taxable ,this is what it means
