You need to write all papers in a particular attempt to get exemption

Fail in all the 3 subjects and got exemption in Law paper is valid only for next 3 following attempts. In Nov 2016 - Got exemption in law (65 marks) In May 2017 - No exemption will be given again for other 3 subjects even if you get 60+ Because to get exemption, one should appear for all the 4 papers in a group at same time. So having exemption already and appearing only for 3 papers won't give you exemption in those papers. Exemption is only if you attended all the papers in a group at same attempt.

You can get next time if you write all papers of the group by surrendering exemption
