6(1)(c) is explained in class. What is the doubt? explanation to 115C(e) provides that A person shall be deemed to be of Indian origin if he, or either of his parents or any of his grand-parents, was born in undivided India; So either born in India after independence. Or born in India, Pakistan or Bangladesh (before independence)
