Why don't we have an option to pay the course extension fee by using ICAH ?

You mean iCash I guess. No we do not have that option because this extension fee will be used to pay Amazon Web Services (AWS) where our videos are hosted . The money being collected is fees for this technological expense. If we get it by iCash we have to pay AWS out of our pocket.
