Extension of course

I need to extend my cousre period to august 2020 The total charge is 600 rupees. I have an icash of 764â?¹ . But i can't even use one rupee from icash. What should i do to use the icash

Regret you cannot use icash for extension. We need money for payment to our technology service provider AWS. Because of extension we have to pay them more. hence we are asking for money in Indian rupees in legal tender currency and not icash
