Illustration 2: They calculated Managerial Remuneration using Effective Capital. But how they got Rs.60,00,000 value? Its 33.33% of effective capital i calculated it.

Sir I think the value of 60 Lakhs has been derived from 0.1 % of some value. But whats that value? Its not Effective Capital anyways. I attached how 33.33% of Effective Capital

Sir I got itâ?¦ I read question again and they said na Remuneration for Period not exceeding 3 years.. So I divided the Effective Capital value by 3 and got value 60,00,000 It will be remuneration of 3 years cumulative i think so they divided by 3 Sorry sir but i really had doubt on this.
