On preparing financials of a company for ROC filing , we consider the various sections as per IT Act such as 40(A)(3) , 269 SS etc.

Balamurali Unnithan M SIts the query sir. We check all IT provisions relating with IT Act while doing Audit of a company.
As mentioned in other query, company audit is different from tax audit.
