Y provision for taxation is not considered for cal of np ?? Wt's the reason behind this ?

Tax is paid as a percentage of net profit managerial remuneration is an expense though tax is also an expense you can't deduct tax from net profit and pay tax on the result though it can be mathematically expressed tax does not work like that
