What 1.8 or 1.5 views mean?? I've been seeing this in online courses

Let me say with an example..if there is a 1 hr video with 1.5 views, you can watch the video 1 time fully and the next time you can watch only 50%(i.e 30mins) of that same video..if 1.8 means 80% of the video(80% of 60 mins..48 mins only)
We have two options One unlimited view - Any video can be watched as many times as you want. Limited view option So if a course is 100 hours, you can play videos for a duration of 150 hours.
