If a general meeting was held by board and adjorned for the want of quorum and in the adjorned meeting there only one member then can he form a quoram ?

In such case existing members shall form the quorum.

One member shall never be quorum. At least 2 members should be present in the mentioned case.

Mam but in the case of adjourned meeting if quorum is not formed then existing members shall form the quorum right?

Correct. But logically speaking one person cannot have meeting with himself. That's why its implied that at least 2 members should be present even in adjourned meeting.
