You may remember Form numbers. Remembering section numbers is not mandatory. If you can remember, it is good. But, don't quote wrong section numbers in the exam. If you write wrong section numbers, your entire answer will be marked wrong. So, to be on the safer side, it is better not to mention section numbers. If you are very much confident, you can mention.
