Good morning Sir! I am nov 2020 CA foundation student and cleared the exam...I want to register for inter nov 2021...but in my SSP portal there is no such option for registering for intermediate thro foundation route..Can you please help me with what I can do...since the last date for registration is March 1..

It takes 4-7 days for results to be updated in SSP portal. You can try after that.
