I have completed 7 years, 5 months 22 days service in the organization. How many years of gratuity should I am eligible to (7 or 8)

depends on the fact whether your covered under the gratuity scheme or not. but in your case as its less than 7 years and 6 months under both covered or not covered you would recieve for only 7 years

If you're under gratuity act then also 7 and if you're not under gratuity act then also 7 because you're anyway not crossing 7 years and 6 months
