1. Open the brackets and make equation
30p^2 â?? 15q^2 â?? 7pq = 0
2. Now, factorise, you will get
(6p â?? 5q)(5p + 3q) = 0
3. Now, given that p and q are positive, we have
(6p â?? 5q) = 0 -> p/q = 5/6
