Please say differnce between or meaning for the following. Arrears of rent vs unrealised rent.

Arrears meaning.. There is a delayed payment.. Payment is not received, but we expect that to receive in future But unrealized rent won't be received.. Like the person left the building without giving rent.. There is no expectation that it will be realized
